November 7: Dom Sindikata, Belgrade
November 10: Palazzo dello Sport, Bologna
November 12: Palau de la Musica, Barcelona
November 13: Palau de la Musica, Barcelona
November 14: Cirque Royal, Brussels
November 15: Palais des Sports, Paris
November 17: De Doelen, Rotterdam
November 18: Glasgow Apollo (formerly Green's Playhouse), Glasgow

There may have been other concerts as well, but I have not been able to locate advertisements or reviews.

Both Jazz Masters and Minotauro wrongly list the venue as Berlin Philharmonie and the date as November 1; and both include only the first 45 minutes.
