"Code 3" and "Creepin' In" were both listed as titles on the original tape, but is the same melody.
I use "Creepin' In" as the title throughout because it is a known studio recording from June 16, 1983.
CBC-FM broadcast the beginning (the first 28:30) of the concert, missing the first 20 seconds.
A second trumpet part has been overdubbed at a later date on "Speak" and "What It Is" issued on Columbia FC-389911 and equivalents.
The LP/CD version of the complete titles do not include these overdubs.
The index for track 8 is in the wrong place on disc 3 of the CD version of That's What Happened: Bootleg Series, Vol. 7 (Columbia 19439863852-2).
Several titles are split over two sides on the LP version (Columbia 19439955761-1).
CBS/Sony XCCS 92007 is incomplete, faded out at the end.
