On Stage lists the date incorrectly as October 22. "One Phone Call/Street Scenes," "Speak," and "Something on Your Mind" were issued as "One Phone Call," "Speak part 1 (Street Scenes)," "Speak part 2 (That's What Happened)," and "Something On Your Mind/MD2."
