Slawka (CDR) SR-019 does not list "Intruder," and "The Senate - Me & U" is listed as "The Sonet." A version of "Movie Star" is listed on the cover but not included on the CD. I do not know if "Movie Star" was played.

"The Senate - Me & U" is incomplete on Poljazz (0:12) and Prime of Rarities (0:02). Poljazz PSJ-X-003 is a limited-edition LP for members of the Polish Jazz Society's record club. The LP has no information on the cover or labels.

The information given on Prime of Rarities is completely wrong. "In a Silent Way" and "Intruder" are listed as "Untitled (opening Jam)," New Blues" as "Speak," and "Wrinkle" as "Untitled (Fast Funk Jam)." Kei Akagi is listed instead of Joey DeFrancesco. The location is given as Pulsid and the date as July 11, 1988.

The Davis group traveled to Stockholm on October 12 to begin a European tour. Several dates at the end of the tour were canceled because Davis developed a heart infection.
