From March 21 through April 10, the Davis Quintet toured Europe, along with Oscar Peterson and the Stan Getz and their groups, under the auspices of Norman Granz's "Jazz at the Philharmonic." Surprisingly few recordings from this tour have surfaced. The itinerary was as follows:
